FAQ
Q. Where is my play data stored?
On your device only (iOS UserDefaults). Uninstalling the App deletes it. Cloud sync is not supported.
Q. Time isn't moving
The App progresses in real time, automatically. At 1× speed, one real day = one in-game month. To advance faster, purchase "Speed Boost Pro" in Settings to switch to 2× (12 hours per month) or 4× (6 hours per month).
Q. I'm not getting notifications
We request notification permission on first launch. If you declined, you can grant it later via iOS Settings > Notifications > ZAIRAKU. Note that notifications may not arrive in the simulator.
Q. I bought Pro but it's not unlocked
Tap "Restore Purchase" in Settings. If still not reflected, verify in the App Store account settings that the purchase completed under your Apple ID. Pro is tied to your Apple ID and works across devices.
Q. How do I reset my play data?
In Settings, tap "Reset Play Data". This clears age, savings, progress, and pending events, and restarts onboarding. The action cannot be undone.
Q. Is there an Android version?
As of 2026, it's planned but not yet under active development. No release date.
Q. How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the App. All play data stored on your device will be removed. We hold no user data of yours (because we never collected any).
