Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-26

ZAIRAKU - Where Could You Live? (the "App") is a financial education life simulator developed by Fuji Bit Inc. ("we"). This privacy policy describes how we handle user data.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects no information from users:

2. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App does not perform any "tracking" as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Our Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares NSPrivacyTracking = false. The ATT permission dialog is intentionally not shown.

3. Information Stored Locally on Device

To preserve game progress, the App stores the following data only on the device (iOS UserDefaults, Android DataStore):

This data is never transmitted to our servers or third parties. It is deleted when the App is uninstalled.

4. Local Notifications

The App schedules a local "next in-game month has started" reminder on your device. Notification data is never sent to external servers and does not pass through Apple's or Google's push services. Permission is optional; you can decline and still play normally.

5. In-App Purchase

The App offers a one-time purchase ("Speed Boost Pro"). Payment processing is handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We only record an "unlocked" flag on the device. We never receive or store credit card information or buyer-identifying information. Purchases can be restored under the same Apple ID / Google account.

6. Third Parties

We do not share device-local data with any third party. The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

7. Children

The App is designed for all ages, including middle and high school students. We do not perform age verification. Privacy risk is minimized because no personal information is collected. In-app purchases can be restricted via parental controls (iOS Screen Time / Google Family Link).

8. Changes

This policy may be updated without notice. We will announce material changes in-app or in the store description.
